Welcome to another wonderful year of Wine Machine! The Best. Chardy. Ever. If the first Wine Machine tour was a standard pour, this year we’re filling it up to the brim (and if you thought last year’s puns were weak, wait ‘til you hear how pour this year’s ones are).
Wine Machine is a full-bodied day of wine, food and live music, showcasing both the splendour of our nation’s most picturesque wine regions and the spectacular music artists borne from Australian soil.
More regions announced soon, but for now, to start the next round of chardy-ing, we will go back to where it all began… to the McLaren Vale, in SA, where the very first Wine Machine was uncorked at the end of 2016.
Past line-ups featured the absolute toast of Australia’s music scene including PNAU, Miami Horror, Confidence Man, Crooked Colours to Young Franco. McLaren Vale will follow suit, with a new line-up hand-picked by Hot Dub Time Machine himself. Go here to raise a glass to your Mclaren Vale artists
Wine Machine is highly recommended for anyone partial to indulging in Epicurean delights, to sharing gourmet picnic hampers under shady trees, and for those who know how to get (Verde)lho on the dancefloor with ease! Grab us a Grenache and we’ll see you soon, South Australia.
“Hot Dub Wine Machine gave us one of the best festival debuts in years…the longevity of the event is pretty much cemented in their very original take on what is such an institution in Australian culture.”

“It would impossible to do justice in a condensed word limit on just how unexpectedly huge this debut festival was.”

“Wine Machine had an intimate feel that is sorely lacking from major festivals these days – it felt exciting and fresh, like a throw-back to those days when St Jerome’s Laneway Festival first went national. The peaceful winery settings imbibed a sense of calm and community amongst festival goers ensuring that everyone had a great day. The acts themselves were incredible…. but for me it was the setup and venue that ensured that Wine Machine will become a must-do for me and my friends every year.”
